The biscuit is dampened with coffee, Amaretto liqueur and some dark chocolate is added. The cream is made with Philadelphia cream cheese and whipped cream. The cake is lined with genuine Savooiardi cookies; decorated with strawberries, truffle crumbs and chocolate decorations.
