E-shop terms & conditions

Ordering & delivery terms:

• Please place your order via Cafe Boulevard e-shop at least 24 hours before the desired order receipt time.
  
• Delivery service in Tallinn is available daily from 09:00-18.00.
• The delivery service price list: Tallinn+Peetri 8.50 €; outside Tallinn 14 €. Free delivery on orders above 100 € (valid postal code, delivery time and contact information have to be fulfilled).
• Delivery outside Tallinn depends on the area where do you live. Detailed information is displayed during checkout when POSTAL CODE field is fulfilled.
• The delivery service is not working in public holidays.
• Payment terms:

• The payment shall be made by means of a bank transfer via the online banks or by debit and credit card payments of Visa, MasterCard or Maestro.
• Before paying the prepayment invoice, the Customer is required to verify that the data on the invoice corresponds to the order. The deadline for payment is the same day when the order was placed.
• After the online bank or credit card payment, you will receive the confirmation and order number via e-mail.
• Please check that you receive the order confirmation to your email.

 Prices:

All prices include 22% VAT.

Cancellation of Order and Refund:

• If you wish to cancel the order, kindly inform us about this at least 24 hours before the execution of the order to the following e-mail address: olumpia.pastry@radissonblu.com. Please make sure to indicate the order number and the bank account to which you would like to receive the repayment.
• Complying with the above mentioned requirements, we will make the repayment within 5 working days.
• If the order has not been cancelled in a timely manner or the service will not be used on the day of executing the order, the paid amount shall not be refunded.

Other information

• Image shown is a product sample, slight variations may occur as all bakes are handmade and unique.
• Customer data submitted upon placing the order and making the purchase in the online shop shall be treated as confidential information. Hotel Olümpia AS will not disclose customer’s personal data to third parties without the permission of the customer. Hotel Olümpia AS will use the customer’s personal data for the delivery of ordered products.
